WHAT CAN I SELL?

You can sell your gently used baby items such as baby gear, kids' furniture, toys, play structures, play equipment, shoes and clothes. We also buy maternity clothes and all kinds of accessories or gear that parents would use for their kids. We buy clothes by the lot (minimum 12 pieces) only. Clothes and shoes made out of fabric must be freshly laundered, fragrance/odor free, with no signs of over usage and must be complete (no missing buttons or pieces). We prefer all car seats within 3 years of its manufacture date. We do not buy any car seats showing any kind of damage whether it's from mistreatment or a car accident. Car seat sellers must sign the "Declaration of the second hand car seat seller" form at our store. For baby gear and equipment,

HOW MUCH WOULD YOU OFFER ME FOR CLOTHES AND BABY ITEMS?

We do not provide any pricing information/offer without seeing the item in person. Our offer on shoes and clothes will depend on the size, the condition, the brand, the style (must be in season and up to date). For baby items, our offer is based mainly on the brand, condition, manufacture date or expiration date, item's current retail price, our current inventory and customers' requests.

MY ITEMS NEED SOME CLEANING, CAN I STILL SELL THEM AT YOUR STORE?

We would need to see and inspect your items in person. It would just depend on how much cleaning is needed. However, your item must be in good working condition. We do not buy clothes that are not freshly laundered, stained or have any signs of over usage.​

CAN WE DO AN EVEN TRADE?

In some cases, we can do even trade. It would just depend on your item and the item you wish to trade from our store.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes, $5 OFF any single $25 or more item exclusively to all of our FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM loyal followers. 10% OFF We also offer up to 30% military discount and 10% LICENSED CHILD CARE PROVIDERS discount. 

DO YOU COMBINE DISCOUNTS?

Sorry, we do not. However, loyalty points may be earned on discounted purchases.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHER BABY RESALE STORES?

We steam clean, wash and check all of our baby items for recall prior to displaying them at our store. We offer cash & store credit for items we buy from our sellers. However, all donated clothes go to Birthline that is, a non-profit organization, non-denominational, non-political, non discriminatory and funded completely by donations. DO YOU OFFER CLEANING SERVICE?

DO YOU CHECK FOR RECALLS?

Absolutely. If the manufacturer offers repair kits, we will order them and/or install them prior to displaying at our store.  

CAN YOU PUT ANY ITEM ON HOLD?

We can put a hold on any item for an hour. If more time is needed, just simply text us with your credit card payment information and the date and time you wish to pick up your item/s. Please present your valid ID along with the credit card you used to pay over the phone at the register when you pick up. If for any reason you change your mind or you don't pick up after 7 business days, your payment will be converted to store credit that is valid for 60 business days.

WHAT IS CONSIGNMENT?

As long as the items are in "READY-TO-SELL" condition, consignment is an option we offer to our customers so that they can get a better chance of getting more money for their items. We only offer consignment for items that are in excellent condition or handmade items. We prefer at least no older than 5 years from its manufacture date.
