A 3.99% Customer service charge is applied to all of our store sales.. 

​DISCOUNT: As an incentive for customers paying with cash, in-store gift cards and any type of in-store credit, we will automatically waive the customer service charge. 

STORE OR CLOTHING CREDIT POLICY

Store or clothing credit acquired from THE BABY RESALE can only be applied to purchases at THE BABY RESALE.​

RETURN POLICY

All items are sold as is. Buyer is solely responsible for inspecting merchandise prior to purchase. We will gladly exchange clothing purchases within seven (7) days for equal value or store credit with tags and receipt. No cash refunds. All other items are final sale.

PROMOTIONS POLICY

Discounted items or any other store offers including store credits may not be combined. Items on layaway, consignments, special orders, pink or yellow marked items are always excluded from any discounts or store promotions. No store credits may be applied on layaway. Sales tax may neither be discounted nor be paid with store credit. We cannot sell and apply discounts or store promotions on items without tags. No discounts may be applied after a purchase has been made. Trades or store credits may be allowed on consignment and pink or yellow marked items only if approved by THE BABY RESALE. Duplicate coupons are invalid.

​HOLD POLICY

​We can hold items for an hour. If more time is needed, just simply call us at 619-777-1123 with your credit card payment information and the date you would like to pick up your item/s. Please present your valid ID along with the credit card you used to pay over the phone at the register when you pick up. If for any reason you change your mind or you don't pick up after 7 business days, your payment will be converted to store credit that is valid for 60 business days.

​All items purchased online, over the phone or in-store may only be held for pick up for 10 days. If for any reason the item does not get picked up by the end of 10th day, the item will be placed back on the shelf and a purchase credit will be issued . This credit can be used towards any merchandise at THE BABY RESALE and will not expire..
